There are two terms - cash, and everything else. If you go by cash, then you get the stated price. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, or charge it on a university account, you get an extra 1.75% added on. (Isn't that the rate cc companies charge?) Yes, and our bookstore conducts all it's computer business in a space not unlike that of an office cubicle. Even here, the expression "three's a crowd" holds very true.
