The only problem with this idea is that the user doesn't have the option of setting the characters used for XON/OFF. Perhaps there's something in the source code? I'm in the process of re-compiling the commands and doing a little debugging. Unfortunately, you need MPW to do this, which requires at least 2 megs of memory, and probably more. (My friends who have the latest MPW say that it is nearly unusable without *more* than 2 megs of memory) -- Michael S.
