Since I've complained about APDA in the past, I thought I'd just post that APDA
does indeed seem to have improved considerably (just like the folks at Apple
said it would).  I called them up the other afternoon, and got through after
just a couple of rings.  I placed my order with a very friendly gentleman and
was done within 5 minutes.  Very pleasant.
