I am posting this here because this list seemed general enough.  If it is
out of place, please guide me.

I urgently need the following standard specifications:

    Mil-STD-whatever for ADA compiler.
    ANSI C-compiler definition.
    CCITT V.22 bis and V.32 modem specification...

Please, please not that I DO NOT (repeat: do NOT) want any textbook type
references.  I want THE standard specifications written in the letterheads
of respective agencies.

Chances are, I will want other such information from those agencies, so it
would be nice to have a file-server or Mailing address, rather than someone
being kind enough to Xerox one for me.  I would also appreciate your forwarding
this to someone who you think may be able to help me.
