I am in the process of installing ISIS on our NEXT.  I've added the
following lines to the /etc/services file:

	isis	1601/udp
	isis	1602/tcp
	isis	1603/bcast

I then loaded the services file using niload.  When I use nidump to look
at the services format file, it only lists:

	isis	1603/bcast

What's going on?
