Yesterday I read in the news that there is a patch tape available for SUN
FORTRAN 1.1 . I called 1-800-USA.. etc, and requested the patch tape. I
received the patch tape TODAY!. That is really FAST response, in my
experience. I am impressed. I hope this is a herald for timely responses
in future.  Of course the question still remains WHY there were SIX bugs,
and why the patch tape wasnt sent as a matter of course... but I am
willing to forget that in the face of this lightning response to the
request.
