Under both PC-NFS 2.0 and 3.0, text destined for the printer instead shows up on the monitor of the XT. The printing was attempted using standard passthrough mode with printing being held until the "hot-key" is pressed. The text was sent to the printer with the command: type somefile > lpt1: a "net use lpt1: \\\" was done. Has anyone else experienced this problem? (and if so, are there any solutions?) -Dan Muntz dmuntz@caen.engin.umich.edu
