Does anyone have a list documenting the format of the various kernel variables (anything would be appreciated)? Is there a more efficient way to find out the type (i.e. how you'd declare it in C, not the symbol type reported by nm) of a given symbol than looking through existing code for examples (the Sun documentation says very little about the internals of the kernel architecture)? Thanks in advance. ****************************************************************************** * Timothy Jones * * Columbia University Center for Computing Activities * * Instructional Computing Consulting Group * * * * BITNET: tim@cunixc * * ARPANET: tim@cunixc.cc.columbia.edu * * USENET: ...!rutgers!columbia!cunixc!tim * ******************************************************************************
