I would like to thank everyone for their responses.  It turns out that our
Omnilaser 2115 Postscript Printer was able to run at 38400 Baud.  I
changed the printcap file, and everyone is happy once again.  No need to
try the parallel printing option.  Again, Thanks very much for everyones
help and concern with this problem.
