I wish to up load mainframe files from a Unix machine into the p-system environment. First, I do not have any terminal emulation for the p system. I can however get the file up to a ti diskette no problem. Which leaves me with another problem which is getting it onto the psystem. I have tried writing a Forth program to read a sector and try to create a file in the p system environment. I guess I am not doing it correctly because the file is really screwed up when I get it transferred. So I am consulting the wisdom of the net... Also if anybody out there does use the Pascal, Assembly, or Pilot for he TI P-system I would like to hear from you... Add Forth to that list also..... I will make a list of names then if anybody wants to know whos out there I can tell them.. I firmly believe in my "little" TI and really have no intentions of parting with it. I am hoping there are others who are still computing with them. I am not sure of this e-mail address: sbeeker@hydra.unm.edu account: sbeeker machine: hydra location: University of New Mexico
