Help!  I have tried to locate the source code for the old ACTIVEREGIONS 
LispUsers package on both TUT (Ohio) and ARISIA (Xerox), but to no avail.
Does anyone have this?  or know where to get it?  While I'd prefer the CL 
version, the IL would be okay also.  Many thanks,
