This would allow for some awesome animation effects. The mods would not be hard to do. This is what I call Extended Video RAM. Then by adding additional bit planes of RAM on a piggy backed board also with 256Kx1 (or 256Kx4) DRAMs, would allow more colors per pixel. This is what I call Expanded Video RAM. Hopefully by the end of THIS summer, I and others will get a clean implementation of this. Does anyone care? Gern -------
