The material I have which contains their address is from about 6 years ago when I bought the terminal, so those addresses are probably not good any more. As it happens though, after having had no trouble with this terminal (well, hardly any) for 6 years, I had to telephone them just today. The phone number, guaranteed correct and current, is (415) 742-7000. They are located in the city of South San Francisco, but I do not have the mailing address. Good luck.
