I don't think there is any "support" other than the source there, but it's free and Sandy has lots of other source on it also. Channel One BBS at 617-354-7077 had a lot of TeX stuff on it last time I called (source for Pat M's CTeX, executables for the MSDOS versions, fonts, tfms, sty's, macros, etc). It also has a discussion area for TeX. Someone used to upload the TeX Hax and other info from usenet to it, I don't know if they still do or not. It's a "pay" system, but as I recall wasn't too expensive and they let you log in and look around for free. I've also heard that there is a "West Coast TeX" bbs, but I've never found the number.
