We have been looking around for quite a while for a way to convert
troff files to Microsoft Word (or equivalently, RTF).  This is my
"final attempt" posting at finding someone who has done this or
knows of an existing software that will handle this.   Many people
have responded to my messages before saying that if I get any info,
please pass it on.

Does ANYONE have a program to convert troff to RTF ?

If not, I'm probably going to write one myself, so any input at all
will be helpful (ie, where do I get a book on RTF ?).
