We had a machine this morning (a Sun4 running SunOS 4.0.1) that was giving 
the following error when trying to do an rlogin:

rlogind: /dev/ttyp0: Out of stream resources.
Connection closed.

It gave a similar error when trying to invole suntools. Rebooting
cleared the problem up. /etc/dmesg shows:

stropen: out of streams

Can someone tell me what this means and if there is something we
need to change in the kernel to prevent it from happening again?
