I don't know ... Most people here just seem to dislike the idea of having different groups. I can see where everyone working in the same newsgroup can be helpful, but some of the material covered seems to go way over what I have used so far (I'm still trying to get the X windows here initialized so that all of the professors can use the system.) A newsgroup like comp.windows.x.xpert would be a great newsgroup for those on the xpert newsletter. comp.windows.x.guru, or comp.windows.x.wizards could be for the experienced hackers, and people that are into the "entrails" of X.
