Someone asked me about a paint program (supposedly public domain)
called "touchup" or something like that. Does anyone know anything
about it and where to get it?

A few months ago there was a brief flurry of notes about a program
called xpaint that had been submitted to somewhere. I do not see it
on expo. Does anyone know where it is?
