You can find that via FTP in a.cs.uiuc.edu:pub/gnuemacs/elisp/elisp*,
or via UUCP in osu-cis!~/gnu/lisp-manual/elisp*.  The April 1989
version is current Write me for anonymous-UUCP directions if you need
them.
