Hello.

My system is Sun-3/60 with OS3.4, g++-1.34.

According to "C++ Programming language" by B.S. page 164, 'this' has the value
zero at entry when its object is created by new operator.  But, in g++-1.34
(and g++-1.32), 'this' already has the heap address at entry.
