I'm sorry to write to this address, but I couldn't find another to address
in the documentation. I am putting up gcc and I need to find out about COFF
encapsulation. I can't seem to find the README-ENCAP file. I got the 1.35
version from labrea.stanford.edu.  I looked in the binutils directory, but
can't find it.
Can you help?
