The problem with this is that there is no good way to determine whether there is "good reason to move faster than usual". I am NOT comfortable with the person proposing the group making this decision; nor do I want the responsibility for deciding this myself. If it's topical, create it in alt while the creation process for the main net goes on. --Greg
