Sigh.. Talk about 1 step forward and 2 steps back...

I recently got a copy of sendmail 5.61 and the 1.2.8 IDA sendmail enhancements.
Unfortunately, 1.2.8 (as I discovered when I tried to apply patches) is
intended to patch sendmail 5.59.  Sigh.  Does anyone have:
	1)  diffs for the kit in going from 5.59 to 5.61 sendmail?
	2)  a new kit for the same?
I have not got internet access, but can uucp (a mail server would be nice,
but a little unrealistic...)
