Hi,
	I have just (finally) gotten news up and running on our system.  In the
process, I note that the software we have is only up to patchlevel 14.
According to documentation that I have seen, I should be at patchlevel 17.  I
would appreciate it if someone out there could e-mail me directions on how to
obtain patches 15, 16 and 17.
