Apparently there are several systems (KAHN ISB and C-QUAM). To me, it seems at bit strange that it has been possible to squeeze two channels into such narrow band. FM stereo is much more understandable. In Sweden there are no AM transmitters at all meant for national use, so I am just asking this out of curiousity.
