	I heard a while back that the 27 was composed of mongolians,
and that they were brought in to capitilize on the racial differences
to prevent the possibility of the military refusing to fire on  
civilians.  However, a friend told me that the 27 was not composed
of mongolians and that China would never form a unit organized along
racial lines for fear of losing control over it.  Can anybody set me
straight here?
