I think the interest in the Titan-4 is because it's the only thing we(=US) have *now* that is that powerful (except the shuttle). So it's really as if we once had 16 MIPS workstations but had abandoned anything faster than 1/2 MIPS. Then a 2 MIPS workstation would be noteworthy. Robert
