The shroud of Turin was tested by numerous universities (international)
using C-14 tests with double-blinds.  They uniformly found dates that
were but a few years before it was "found", over a thousand years too
late to be "the" burial shroud.  The (insert local catholic religious
leader) of Turin made the announcement.
