	Three bedroom townhouse available for rent from July 1, 1989.

	Located in Mississauga, near Dixie and Dundas.

	    This is a condominium two-story townhouse. The living/dining room,
	the kitchen, and the laundry room are on the first floor. The
	bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. There is a
	private walk-out patio from the living room. Also included is the
	use of one underground parking spot.
	    The unit opens out onto an enclosed courtyard, which is great
	for young kids as they can't get out to the street. You also get
	to use the condominium recreation facilities.

	I'm asking for $975 + utilities but may be willing to reduce it
	somewhat.
