Duties include implementation of CCITT protocols, design and implementation of test suites and test software. The successful candidate will work with a team of technical staff and with faculty members in the Department of Computer Science. The research project is a joint effort between the University of British Columbia and Idacom Electronics Ltd. Qualifications: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science. The candidate should be familiar with C and the UNIX operating system. Knowledge of communication protocols and testing would be assets.
