What is this?  Or, more sensibly, why do you want to do this? 
In my opinion, I could have fun creating such a system, at a cost of
approximately 4 thousand pounds.

In more detail:

Project conception: 9 months.
Project learning and maturing: 5 years.
Costs based on a tenner a week for fuelling the system,
and five a week for encasing it.
