I am sorry if this is not an appropriate place to post my question. However,
since this is the place where most A.I. people will care to read, pardon me!
I recently graduated with a master degree and I am extremly interested in
Artificial Intelligence/Expert System. While I am looking for a job in this
field, I found most of the openings require the candidate with either U.S.
citizenship or Permanent Resident status. This is very discouraging.
Does anyone know any company or research institute offering these kind of jobs
and does not care about the visa status( F-1 visa with practical training)?
Moreover, I have looked at the job ad. on L.A. Times and San Jose Mercury News
for a long time, there were so few AI or Expert System jobs in these two 
newspapers, where would be a good place to find more AI/Expert System job 
announcement?
