We are considering buying a Tektronix XD88/30. Although I have seen some basic
3D demos on the machine, I would like to hear from anyone with some hands on
experience. How does this machine perform against the Sun 4/330 GXP and the
Iris 4D, when it comes to solid modeling, visualisation and animation? Tek
claims a 20,000 shaded polygons per second performanc!! Any help/info will be
appreciated.  I am not much interested in cpu performance.
