Get tsgmeb10.arc.  It contains a game for learning typing.  It is
available by anonymous ftp from University of Vaasa, Finland, site
128.214.12.3 from directory /pc/ts.  And as far as I know it is
available from SIMTEL20 as well!  (Motto: Why shouldn't learning be
fun?)  Then there is also a tutor called typdrill.arc, but that is
not available here.  For typdrill bulletin boards are probably your
best bet.
