Subject: External "Portable" Modem w/ MNP?

There have been a few portable modems introduced that run on a 9V battery
and are about the size of a pack of cigarettes.  Anyone know of any
that are 2400 baud with built-in MNP, at least level 4?

As a side question, are there any that derive power from the phone
line or serial port without the need for batteries.

Any testimonials appreciated.
