When MicroEMACS version 3.10 was released, I picked up a copy from the
SIMTEL20 archives.  The VAX/VMS code therein contained several bugs and it
was clear that it would take some fooling around to make it work.  Has 
anyone already done this?  I would like to know where I could pick up
a working version of 3.10 that has been fixed to run under VMS.  I have
ftp capability.  Please respond by email, if convenient.  Thank you.
