I don't have UUCP or know how it works, but I'm told that files under pub/gnu/emacs/elisp-archive on tut.cis.ohio-state.edu are accessible via UUCP as osu-cis!~/gnu/emacs/elisp-archive. If you need more info (someone mentioned needing a phone number) you'll have to contact someone at OSU (try Karl Kleinpaste at karl@cis.ohio-state.edu). Of course, I'd like to have complete UUCP directions on hand myself, so please send me any further info.
