rcs.el is now available via anonymous ftp at duke.cs.duke.edu
(128.109.140.1).  It is in the file /pub/rcs.el.shar.Z.

rcs.el is an elisp interface to RCS's ci (checkin) for GNU emacs.  It
hasn't been touched by me since 11/87, so it needs some updating which I
plan to do when I get the chance (e.g. incorporating co).

For Breen Liblong:  I can't seem to get mail through to you, so try ftp.
