I'm trying to get JOVE 4.12 running, but my operating system
(EUNICE 4.3.2, a BSD emulator running under VMS 4.7)
eats control X's (among other things).  Is there an easy way to remap the
Prefix-2 key to be some other character ?  I tried simply assigning
CtlXmap to another character, but more than this seems to be required.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
