We intent to support the TIFF format in an X-11 based application.
What we are looking for is

- Complete TIFF-documentation
- Software (PD of course :-)) for reading/writing TIFF files
- Software for basic image processing (rotating, resizing, color modification)

Can someone help? (Please mail, too, if you know where to get it)
