Could  any kind  soul point  me  to some  (good) primer  for Forth  (and
perhaps  related   subjects),  preferably   to  some   machine  readable
material? But no FTP please, since  good ol' BitNet doesn't provide such
a service.

Any comments appreciated, but please reply privately.
