Perhaps Professor Wirth needs a make utility to keep PIM books straight.
I think we should ask for a PIM4.5 which says what was meant to be said
in PIM4.

What language does he write in?  Could some of our confusion be due to
translation to English?  Look what happens to The Bible when it gets
translated.
