Has anyone tried Microsoft Windows programming with a Modula 2 compiler?

I have an advertisment here which says that the Stony Brook compiler supports
both OS/2 and Windows programming and includes interface libraries for the
PM/Windows.

Any information would be appreciated.

Well...there's MS C, Turbo C, Actor, Turbo Pascal 2.0, Turbo Pascal 3.0,
Turbo Pascal 4.0, Turbo Pascal 5.0, Turbo Pascal 5.5, and a little bit of
