Check out Prospero Pascal. To the best of my knowledge it supports the full standard Pascal. I'd have to check to see if it's level-0 or level-1 comformance. If you need the address/phone # I can dig it out. They're based in the U.K., but they have a U.S. distributor that is both helpful and knowledgeable about the product.
