Woops...Apparently, I made a bit of a mistake... 

I did not notice the copyright notice (?) on the txt2ps source.  Since
it is copyrighted, I ask all of those who have obtained copies to do
one of the following:

  (1)   Delete all of the copies you have on your system.

  (2)   Contact Pipeline Associates to get information on if it is
        shareware/PD or if you need site license, whatever.

I apologize for posting the original source... I'll be *much* more
careful to check the sources I post.
