PARLE "Parallel Architectures and Languages in Europe" is a conference
initiated by ESPRIT project 415, first held in June '87 and recently in 
June '89 in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Proceedings are published in "Lecture Notes in Computer Science", Springer
Publishing:
- PARLE Parallel Architectures and Languages in Europe
  Vol. 258 & 259 (PARLE '87)
  Vol. 365 & 366 (PARLE '89)

Watson's are with the University of Manchester, England.
It is possible that I may send you a copy.
