The Division of Research Grants at NIH is investigating the possibility
of distibuting documents to some institutions via BITNET.  A few of these
institutions are currently not members, but could meet membership
requirements.  The directors of these institutions would like to find the
least expensive machine configuration that could communicate with BITNET.
Does anyone have any insights?
