Does anyone out there have code to convert an old raster (.ras) file to
anything else, like Sun raster, X bitmap, or PBM?  The standard
convertraster program will give me a macpaint file, which I can further
process, but it crops it to 576x720 in the process.

Any clues greatly appreciated.
