Ok, I have fixed that by myself. The Problem was that XENIX does not 
want to see #!/bin/sh in the first line of a shellscript. It wants : use /bin/sh
- that was a silly mistake from me not to look at the script before.
Sorry for bothering you.

But Problem a) (described in a previous posting) still remains.
