I have the RCS sources ported to an RT running AIX 2.2.1.  But I don't
have a make program which knows about RCS.  Used to be that the RCS
sources came with make.  What became of this?  Are we expected to use
gnu make with RCS?  If so, does anyone have a SYS V port out there?
